If you have not yet started an application, go to www.wlv.ac.uk/courses/ and search for the course that you want to apply for.
Applicants (who have submitted an application)
Username
Your username is the 7 digit student number that will appear any correspondence you have received about your application.
Password
If you applied to us directly, your e:Vision password will be the as the password that you used for your online application.
If you applied to us through UCAS and have not logged into e:Vision previously, your password should have been sent to you with your Welcome email from our Admissions team.
Trouble Logging In
Passwords are case sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is not on.
If you still have problems, use the ‘Reset Your e:Vision Password’ button below to request a new password – this will be sent to the email address that we hold for you.
This may take a few minutes to reach you – check your Junk folder if you don’t receive it.

Current Students
Log in with your IT account credentials
The easiest way to log in is to use your IT account details - click the Log in with your IT account button.
Username
This will be your University email address.
Password
Your IT account password (the same one that you use to log into the university network, Canvas, University email etc.).

Reset your IT Password
If you are having trouble with the self service password reset for your IT account please call the IT Service Desk on (01902 32) 2000.
To log in without your IT account
We recommend that you use your IT account details to log in, but if you have trouble with this or you cannot access your IT account, you can set up a separate password for e:Vision.
Username
This will be your student number.
Password
If you do not have an e:Vision only password, or you do not know your password, please click use the 'Reset your e:Vision Password' button below.
This password will ONLY work for e:Vision and must NOT be the same as your University IT account password

For Agents – this will start with AGN- or TNE-
For NHS Practice placement/Trust staff – this will begin with NM
For External Advisors – this will begin with the first 3 characters of your surname
